No, we do not do laundry. For an extra charge we can fold your clean laundry.
When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file to help cover our costs.
We provide quotes based on the specific job, and everything discussed over the phone will be included in the service.
No, we don't work major holidays, and if your cleaning lands on one of those days, we will kindly have to reschedule to the next day or next available time.
We are open 7 days a week Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm.
We do dishes at an additional charge to the cleaning.
We love your fur babies, but we kindly ask for them to be put away during the clean while they clean.
We ask if you could let the cleaner in or leave a way for them to enter, but no you don't have to be there the entire time. We also kindly ask for someone to be present at the end of the clean to do the final walkthrough.
